1720 - Imminent Hard Disk Failure

Hello,
I have an HP ProBook 4520s, with a Samsung HM320HJ hard drive; before starting, a black screen with an error message appears:
1720 - SMART Hard Drive detects imminent failure.

And when running the hard drive test (F10), the test fails multiple times.
What should I do to resolve this issue?
Do I need to replace the drive, or is there another way to solve this problem?

Thank you in advance :)

The Smart function incorporated in hard drives is there to prevent this fault; in response to this, I will back up all my personal data while expecting the worst.

It's already done; I've saved all my data, I was afraid it would crash, I even formatted it, thinking it would solve the problem, but nothing!!
