Bonjour, I can't seem to convert a .txt file into a .xml file; I am on Vista and I can't find the tools section.

Open the workstation

go to tools, folder options

view tab

Uncheck Hide extensions for known file types

then just rename your file with the .xml extension

for example: MyPage.txt would become MyPage.xml

and how do we convert an .exe file into a Java file? lol  Response to the initial question: it depends on the language you want to program in. Libxml, etc... in C or C++.
