Hello,
Following an issue with opening the Play Store, I followed the advice on a forum that said to uninstall the Play Store and then reinstall it;

He's still on my wallpaper but no longer in: settings => application manager.
And when I launch the Play Store, it shuts down after 2 seconds, I really don't understand what's going on... -
I think we can't uninstall the Play Store because it is already integrated into your Android mobile.

I purchased the Galaxy Note II in December and it was working fine. However, for the past few days, the Play Store shuts down a few seconds after I launch it. I have no issues on my Galaxy Tab 10.1. I checked some forums, and I've already done the following: in application manager, clear the cache and data of the Play Store and the account manager. It worked for a while during an update, but then nothing, and I had to repeat this procedure each time. However, this morning it no longer works, even after doing the procedure. I'm not sure if it's a Play Store update that's causing the software to crash on certain devices. -
