Hello, I am sending you this email because I noticed that, like me, some people are having a problem with this software, which until now worked perfectly, and for some time now, even after uninstalling and re-downloading it, when I go on YouTube and click on the program's plug-in, a message appears every time saying that Freemake Video Downloader has stopped working. Thank you for replying if other users who have had this issue and solved it could please share the solution. Thank you very much in advance. PS: I am running on Vista 32-bit and I use Chrome as my search engine... BEST REGARDS

I had problems with Freemake Video Downloader, so I installed ClipGrab, which seems pretty good. You can always give it a try ...
