Hello, I have a Samsung NP350E7C-S09FR, which I recently purchased; it came with Windows 8, and I formatted it to install Windows 7. However, I absolutely cannot find the drivers for this laptop. Despite using multiple software tools, I can't even identify the brand of the components. Only the graphics card is indicated, and I can't find any drivers, which means no internet, no sound, and everything else that follows. I'm hoping for a miracle. /o/ Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 18.0

go to your device manager and check the properties of each unknown device you find

then display the device identification numbers that you copy and paste here. It looks like:

Remarkable research work and it works!
However, be careful not to mix the RADEON drivers with those of the Intel HD4000 chipset.
Thanks again for this great contribution, I had been waiting for this for a while while "suffering" from Samsung for their lack of "drivers"... Thank you very much.

For all those who downgrade their Samsung laptop with an ATI to Win7,

you need to use the modified catalyst drivers from leshcatlabs.net (360 MB).

These drivers also include the Intel drivers for the HD4000.

Sorry, I just finished installing the Catalyst_13.4_WHQL_UnifL_v2 (http://leshcatlabs.net), and everything is working correctly now.

When you have the identification numbers of the devices, the site www.pcidatabase.com (FREE) is a great help for identifying hardware; I always have it in my favorites for this kind of situation.

Here, I have a problem. I have almost the same PC, it's the NP350E7C-S0AFR, and I installed Windows 7 after formatting the disk. I reinstalled all the drivers I was missing as well,
but I cannot install the graphics driver...
On the AMD website, the driver doesn't seem to be compatible with my PC :/

You can also check the SAMSUNG website for driver availability for your PC, but I have doubts about doing a downgrade

Hello,

I have an NP350e7c-S0AFR (like Nawre) and after switching from Windows 8 to Windows 7, I'm having some difficulties with the installation of the graphic card drivers.

I have tested all the drivers listed on the page (and suitable for my OS).
None are successful, it varies between "card not recognized at all" and "card recognized but still in error."

I tested the Catalyst_13.6_Beta_2_UnifL version from leshcatlabs.net, but no improvement.

I’m open to any new possible solutions ^^

P.S.: I've rarely seen a tech thread with so many happy guys :D
