Carte graphique disparue

Bonjour,
voici mon problème :
J'ai acheté un Asus x55vd sx083h sous Windows 8 64 bits, lorsque j'ai reçu mon PC j'ai vérifié la config pour voir elle était correct au niveau CG il y avait bien ma nvidia 610m et la intel 3000.
Puis ce weekend voulant jouer à un jeu je vois que le jeu ne suit pas niveau graphisme, donc je regard ma config et là pouf plus de nvidia !!
je regard dans le BIOS elle n'y ai pas, je télécharge tous les drivers mais ça me dis qu'il est impossible de les installer car il n'y a pas de carte nvidia (je les ai téléchargé sur nvidia et asus).
Impossible d'ouvrir le logiciel nvidia pour paramétrer celle-ci car il ne voit pas la CG.
j'ai fais une restauration des performances mais elle n'est pas revenue, j'ai fais une réinstallation complète du système,même résultat.
je sais plus quoi faire, j'ai vraiment besoin d'aides
