Hello,
I just moved into a new apartment. The building is wired by Numericable. The only TV socket is a coaxial socket, apparently for cable.
Can you let me know if it is possible to watch free channels without subscribing to a plan?
Thank you for your reply.

Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 9.0

Hello
Well no! If you want cable television distribution, it's paid.

Yes, that's true

But ............ in some cities, Numéricable distributes the French channels for free, which is called the "antenna service" (it replaces the antenna)
Well, I have left Numéricable now, maybe there are changes?? and it's not valid for all cities??

Thank you, I will inquire with the property manager; they didn't inform me at the time of the lease, only that the building was wired with the company's contact details.
Otherwise, no more TV!!!

No change, except for a gradual transition from analog antenna service to digital (HD TNT). It's available in all cable cities, with differences in the number of channels. Sometimes even foreign ones, in border towns.
