Hello Balthus.
I assume this is your first time using Excel? Well, you should know that a cell is the smallest component of a spreadsheet.
In a cell, you can only input a single piece of data or a single formula.
You can only format the entire cell: borders, fill, protection...
You can associate multiple cells: center across multiple columns, merge cells, name a range of cells...
You cannot split, share, or divide a cell!
But if you could explain in detail what you want to achieve, we would certainly have solutions to offer you, in addition to Eric's.
