Probleme avec win antivirus pro 2006

après le balayage de l'antivirus, j'ai un rapport avec toutes les menaces mais je ne peux rien faire d'autre car l'antivirus refuse de reparer ou de supprimer.
j'arrive à utiliser internet mais pas à partir du bureau.
je ne sais pas si c'est l'antivirus qui pose problème ou les virus.
si quelqu'un si connait suffisament pour me depanner car j'ai pas envie de perdre ce que j'ai sur mon disque dur.

si "j'enregistre sous" rien ne se passe. il se bloque au moment du telechargement.
j'ai essayé et c'est pourquoi j'ai fait "ouvrir" et que j'ai copier/coller ce rapport.

j'ai supprimé les fichiers mais ça ne change rien à mon problème.
je viens de scanner avec bitdefender le disque dur et il ne trouve plus de virus. je ne peux toujours pas télécharger .

losrque je double-clic sur un icone sur le bureau voila ce qu'il indique "aucun programme n'est associé à ce fichier pour éxecuter cette action. Créez une association en utilisant l'application Options des dossiers dans le panneau de configuration"
A savoir que quand je clique sur panneau de configuration il me remet le même message.
que dois-je faire?

as-tu déja eu un problème de ce genre à résoudre car apparement ceux qui ont eu ce virus arrivaient toujours à aller dans panneau de configuration pour annuler les programmes alors que moi je ne peux rien faire.

j'ai réussi à éliminer quelques dossiers dans win antivirus pro 2006 mais certains fichiers ne veulent pas s'annuler.

le dernier scan avec eTrust m'indique que je n'ai plus de virus.

impossible de se mettre en mode sans echec.
je suis aller voir un depanneur informatique car il avait un programme pour pouvoir desinfecter l'ordinateur, malheureusement le virus empeche toute manipulation à partir du disque dur.
tout les programmes qui finissent ar ".exe" sont sous le controle du virus.
la seule solution est de formater le disque dur mais je n'ai pas le CD pour reinstaller le Windows XP (j'ai la license mais pas le CD)
donc blocage.
je te remercie du temps que tu as passé pour essayer de m'aider mais je crois que je vais finir par racheter une tour neuve.

Dans mes connaissances , une personne a été infecté mais a réussi à aller dans les programmes pour le supprimer. Mais moi pas de chance je suis entièrement bloquée sauf internet qui fonctionne encore mais pour combien de temps???
