Chain disconnections

Hello,

since I have been with Bouygues (1 month), I have been experiencing issues with image and sound dropouts on the TV. I am using Bouygues's powerline adapters connected directly to the outlet and via Ethernet, then HDMI.
I can't find a solution in the Bbox forums.
I think the last resort will be to run a cable from the antenna to my decoder. Previously, with Orange, I was using satellite and there were no issues.
Thank you for your responses.

Configuration: Windows XP / Chrome 23.0.1271.97

You shouldn't plug me into power strips or extension cords, and if it's more than 600 meters away, it won't work. Otherwise, at your place, you can only have TV via satellite, not ADSL.

    ok I knew it.
but the problem is that I removed the sockets that Bouygues sent me, I put back the ones from Orange and it works again but there are still disconnections.
