Infecté par antivermins

Bonjour à vous ,
Voici mon problème :
Dans ma barre de taches en bas de l'écran j'ai un rond rouge avec un back slash rouge dans le centre qui devient blanc ( rond et back slash ) et quand il devient blanc il y a un ? à la place du back slash . Et cela clignotte rond rouge rond blanc rond rouge rond blanc etc. Quand je click dessus à gauche ou à droite c'est Antivermins qui apparait pour le downloader . Je ne suis pas capable de le faire disparaitre de ma barre de taches en bas . Par la suite à toute les 5 ou 10 minutes il m'apparait un triangle jaune avec le point d'interrogation ( ! ) qui sort de ce rond et sur le triangle il me dise :

Et quand ce triangle part , un peut plus tard un autre arrive qui me dit:

J'aimerais avoir de l'aide pour fairedisparaitre tout cela .
