Deskjet 3050 printer issue

Hello,
Recently, my printer has been showing an error like:
0xc4eb841a
and on top of that, I can't turn it off; it restarts immediately when I press the power button. In this case, I have to unplug the power supply, but when I plug it back in, it starts up automatically.

    I tried, but since my printer doesn't turn off with the power button, I don't think it will work.
