Full storage partition

Hello,
For the past two days, I haven't been able to delete emails; a Windows Internet Explorer error message appears saying "the storage partition is full."
On the other hand, some emails have disappeared from my inbox without any action on my part...
I have Windows XP and Internet Explorer 7.0
I am completely new to this. Is it a problem with my ISP? With my PC?
Does anyone have any idea?

    Hi, I had the same issue twice and everything got back to normal: it comes from the ISP (Neuf Cegetel in my case).
    So be patient or complain to your ISP's Webmail.
