Hello, I have a little problem with my PS3. I tried to create a secondary account on the PlayStation Network, but a message pops up saying there is an error 8002314A, and it won't confirm the account, and I really want the account.

click on "sign up" at the top right, then on "sign up for the playstation network" and then on "create a new account"

You need to check if you received an email on the secondary account to activate it as well, and then you can sign up for the PS3 network   because I had the same problem.
