Me too, I bought the PS3 this morning (second-hand) but I doubt that being second-hand is the issue. I'm also connected to the Livebox but not via WiFi (with a cable), it's really annoying. I'm open to all solutions =)

You need to change the DNS in the network settings. Set the primary DNS to 8.8.8.8 and the secondary DNS to 8.8.4.4, and it will work.

  No need to worry, the PSN is buggy for me too, it has nothing to do with your console, it must be a PSN crash/maintenance.

  @ guigui7499, hello I confirm, the PSN is working properly. What ISP do you have and what is your box? Otherwise, one solution might be to restore the default settings on the PS3, but you will need to reconfigure the PS3 connection and re-enter the PSN login ID along with the associated password.
