Hello,

I have a friend who ordered a mobile phone via Colissimo and had it delivered directly to the post office because he knew he wouldn't be there, so to save time, he sent it there. The problem is that the package arrived today and he is absent all week; a last-minute work trip forced him to leave, so he left me his ID card to pick up the package. My question is: can I pick up the package on his behalf, with my ID and his, but without the delivery notice filled out with the proxy authorization, since I don't have that paper because he had it sent directly to the post office?

Thank you for your responses, have a nice day!

Hi

If you come across a cool postman who isn’t strict about the rules, it might work.

Otherwise, you would have needed a power of attorney signed by him.
