Browser Blocking

Hello,
I can't attach a file to send an email or on any website..
When I try to attach a file, the browser freezes and closes.
P.S.: I've tried with 3 browsers (IE, Firefox, Google Chrome)

Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 23.0.1271.64

    If you're still trying with the same file, it's because the file is too large.
