Kinect is flashing green and won't start.

Hello,
It has been a few months since my Kinect won't start.
My Xbox recognizes it when I plug it in, but the Kinect light keeps flashing green.
So the Xbox is not detecting anything, and then the Kinect light turns red, displaying "Unable to start the Kinect sensor" on the screen... I have tried updating, unplugging, and replugging, but nothing works... It doesn’t even start the scanning.

Configuration: Mac OS X Snow Leopard (10.6.8) / Chrome 23.0.1271.64

    I had the problem because of an update, then they will ask you to do another update for Kinect.
    After that, it should work normally.
