Hello,

I have a technical issue that I can't solve with Word 2010 *%!|. Does anyone know how to keep footnotes in a paragraph when copying and pasting? Normally, there is an icon "keep formatting," but I can't find it now. I haven't found anything on the web or in Microsoft's online help.

Thanks

    Good evening

Yes, with 'keep source formatting' you can retrieve the BdP notes

Go to File / Options / Advanced options / "cut, copy, paste" section
You can choose the paste types in the options

But you must especially check "show paste options button". Each time you paste, the tooltip gives you the choice of the paste type.

    Hello,

Once you’ve copied, right-click to access all the (or almost all) paste options, and by hovering over the choices, you can immediately see the result in the document.
