bonjour à tous,je suis moi aussi infecté par le virus ft09082 j'ai avast comme antivirus et je me suis appercue qu'un email à été envoyé à marcospalmera2007@gmail.com contenant un code d'identification de mon pc il me semble, je ne sais pas trop quoi faire pour contrecarré se virus , votre aide me serait tres utile je vous en remercie par avance

    Télécharge HijackThis :

    Installe le dans son propre dossier :
    - clic droit sur le bureau, tu choisis "nouveau dossier" puis installe-le à l'intérieur.
    Double-clic sur HijackThis.
    Clic sur "do a system scan and save logfile"
    Puis copie et colle le rapport ici stp

    ¤ Clic sur démarrer, rechercher, cherche et supprime :

    - dllvirtual.exe

    **Si un fichier/dossier persiste lors de la suppression fait ceci:
    - Redémarre ton PC. Dès l'allumage de celui-ci tapote la touche F8 (ou F5 si F8 ne fonctionne pas), à l'écran qui va apparaître choisis "mode sans echec" attends un peu..
    Puis va supprimer les fichiers/dossiers, vide ta corbeille et redémarre ton PC normalement.

    ¤ N'hésite pas à mettre le rapport AVG

    ¤ Fait ce scan anti-virus en ligne avec Internet Explorer, accepte l'active X; la barre anti-popup du SP2 (en haut) va se mettre à clignoter, clic dessus et choisis "accepter l'active X" pour faire fonctionner le scan anti-virus.
    Une fois qu'il a terminé colle le rapport ici stp

    Télécharge ces autres anti-spywares et scanne complétement ton PC ; supprime ce qu'ils pourraient te trouver
