1.5V batteries and 1.2V charger

Hello, is it possible to charge 1.5V 2700mAh batteries with a 1.2V charger (Charger Expert A-612)?
Note: The charger states: It is only suitable for 1.2V AA, AAA nickel-hydrogen batteries...

    Hello,
    uh, please read the manual carefully, nickel-hydrogen batteries (Ni-MH) have a nominal voltage of 1.2 volts and can be charged with the same charger as the others.

    The only issue may be the charging power (in mA) which may not be suitable, in which case the number of times the battery can be recharged may be reduced because the battery wears out faster, but it will still charge normally for a certain number of times.

    Il est possible d'utiliser des batteries GP 1300 / 2700 mAh dans un CoolPix L810, mais cela peut annuler la garantie de l'appareil photo. Le manuel indique que seuls les accessoires Nikon sont certifiés, ce qui signifie que l'utilisation d'autres marques pourrait affecter le fonctionnement optimal de l'appareil. Si vous choisissez d'utiliser les batteries GP, assurez-vous qu'elles sont compatibles en termes de dimensions et de voltage.

    It is perfectly possible to use any battery, regardless of its power, as it allows for longer usage if it is strong. Some cameras even accept either (1.2V) batteries or (1.5V) cells interchangeably, so they are well protected against surges.

    However, you should not use just any charger for your batteries. Some are so fragile that a chip regulates the charge from start to finish and completely cuts off when the correct charge is reached, etc.

    With the multiplication of electrolytes (which are becoming more and more efficient, and there's a reason for that), one will soon need to be an electrochemist to figure it all out; well, I'm exaggerating, but not by much. In any case, it is always preferable:
    - to read the instructions for the chargers and batteries that go with them in order not to wear them out prematurely.
    - to buy the charger that matches the batteries.
