Bonjour,
Voilà je poste ce sujet pour vous faire part de mon problème !
Tout fonctionnait parfaitement bien ! Puis j'ai ( et je regrette ) connecté un téléphone portable sur mon Laptop ! Et là boum Avast m'annonce qu'une menace a été détectée !
Juste après cela, ma connexion commence à couper et quand elle revient elle est TROP lente, le temps qu'une page s'ouvre la connexion se coupe à nouveau ! J'ai alors décidé d'effectuer un scan minutieux, qui a déniché des tas de virus ( Pharaoh, LNK FakeFolder ...) qui sont mis en quarantaine. Mais rien n'y fait, tout redevient normal à un certain moment mais quelques heures après, le problème survient encore une fois. ( J'ai effectué le scan plusieurs fois mais rien)
Et là vous vous imaginez sûrement la galère que j'ai enduré pour poster ce message ( pour me connecter sur CCM même !!) Alors je vous prie de m'aider à régler ce problème qui, comme par hasard, survient lorsque j'ai tant besoin de ma connexion Wifi pour faire des recherches pour mes devoirs !
Et je présente mes sincères excuses si ce sujet est déjà abordé autre part sur le forum, parce que avec la connexion qui se coupe je n'ai pas pu cherché à mon aise !!

1- Appuyes sur [Windows Key] + R
2-Tapes cmd et cliques sur Ok
3-Tu verras une fenêtre noire s'afficher avec un invite blanc, tapes alors :
4-tasklist /v > "%USERPROFILE%\desktop\Process.txt"
5- Appuyez sur Entrée
Enfin tu trouvera un dossier sur ton bureau .txt tu copie ce qu'il y a dedans et tu le poste ici.
