Est-il possible d'ouvrir Hotamail sans être connecté à Internet ?

Can not contact the hotmail because it relates to on-line ....
Do not have the Internet do not work in the internet wifi , so your connextion do not use the hotmail .
go to your home google and creat this word next : filetype cct : "msn" you'll find all the contact msn
