Bonjour,
Mon pc fixe se bloque tous les matins, il faut forcer le pc à s'éteindre, ensuite au redémarrage, il arrive que l'écran indique "pas de signal".
Hier, les vidéos sur youtube, dailymotion ne fonctionnaient pas, elles indiquaient : "an error occur...".
Beaucoup de sites indiquent une connexion non certifiée, alors qu'il s'agit de sites classiques genre fnac, amazon, priceminister, etc...
Plusieurs fois le pc s'est éteint net, et il a fait un bruit spectaculaire (un bruit de moteur qui tourne à fond), comme ci tous les composants tournaient au maximum, je ne sais pas ce que cela signifie...
En ce moment, internet explorer est complètement hs, il n'est pas possible de faire une recherche.
J'utilise mozilla firefox.
Je ne sais pas si c'est un virus, ou un problème de composant défaillant.

Télécharge WinUpdateFix sur ton bureau, puis exécute-le.
Lance-le et appuies sur le bouton [Créer un rapport de diagnostic].
Un rapport va alors se créer et s'afficher à l'écran. Le rapport est également sauvegardé à la racine du disque dur (C:\WinUpdateFix.txt)

Donc je marque en résolu ?Non on a pas terminé, je parlais du rapport WinUpdateFix :)
Ce script va cibler certains éléments à supprimer :
¶ Ouvre ce lien, sélectionne le script en entier et copie le (Édition --> Copier)
¶ Fais un clic-droit sur le raccourci de ZHPFix et choisis "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur"
¶ Clique sur l'icône représentant le presse-papier (« coller le presse-papier »)
¶ Les lignes se collent automatiquement dans ZHPFix, sinon colle les lignes
>>les lignes ci-dessus sont celles qui doivent apparaître dans la fenêtre de ZHPFix. Si ce n'est pas le cas, ne surtout pas cliquer sur le bouton GO. Il faut veiller à bien copier les lignes<<
¶ Clique sur le bouton « GO » pour lancer le nettoyage,
¶ Copie/colle la totalité du rapport dans ta prochaine réponse

Clique sur la loupe pour lancer l'analyse (héberge le rapport).

J'ai installé update checker, et le pc est à jour, mais par contre, je n'arrive pas à le rendre automatique au démarrage, afin que mes parentes aient le petit logo vert à côté de l'heure, afin qu'ils prennent l'habitude de mettre à jour les logiciels trouvés par update.Tu as bien installé tous les composants comme expliqué dans le tuto ?

Bonjour, oui j'ai bien installé update checker, mais il est bloqué au démarrage (je veux dire par là qu'il ne se lance pas automatiquement, il faut aller l'ouvrir dans les programmes), alors que sur mon pc, il n'y a eu aucun problème, j'ai le logo en permanence à côté de l'heure.

Là j'ai une mise à jour de firefox detectée dans update checker, mais quand j'installe, il extrait le pack, puis il me dit : you may not have the necessary permissions to use all the features of the program you are about to run . On peut arrêter si vous en avez marre, vous avez résolu les problèmes des virus, pour le reste, cela doit être matériel, ou le pc est trop vieux...
Concernant la mise à jour de mozilla detécté par update checker, et impossible à installer hier, eh bien, j'ai eu la même mise à jour de mozilla detéctée par update checker sur mon pc, et j'ai eu aucun problème pour l'installer.
Donc il y a vraiment un souci au niveau du pc de mes parents...
Le paramétrage des mises à jour de mozilla sur les 2 pc est identique...

*Lance aswMBR.exe, accepte la mise à jour > OK
*Clique sur "Scan"
*Le scan terminé, clique sur "Save log" enregistre le rapport sur le bureau et poste le dans ta prochaine réponse.
NOTE: aswMBR va créer un fichier MBR.dat sur ??ton bureau, ceci est une copie de ton MBR. Ne le supprime pas.

¶ Clique sur Parcourir, et navigue jusqu'au fichier suivant et valide : MBR.dat
¶ Clique sur "Send file". Si le site t'indique que le fichier a déjà été analysé (File already submitted), choisis "Reanalyse".
¶ Attends la fin de l'analyse, puis fais un copier/coller du rapport sur le forum.
PS: ce fichier doit ce trouver sur ton bureau ;)

Télécharge DelFix (de Xplode) sur ton Bureau --> Lance le et clique sur Suppression --> quand il aura terminé, clique sur Désinstallation.

Oui je pense que tu peux passer en résolu puisque niveau infection c'est ok, tu peux toujours ouvrir un nouveau sujet dans le forum Windows Vista car c'est certainement un problème matériel.
Si par acquit de conscience tu veux faire un ultime test : Dr Web Live CD antivirus

L'écran ressemblait à du Jackson Pollock (immense artiste entre nous) !
Ce matin, on a atteint les 10 crash, et là tout va bien.
Tout devrait bien allé jusqu'à demain, c'est comme cela tous les jours...

Sincèrement, je n'imagine pas une seconde qu'un virus nous aurait échappé depuis le début après toutes ces analyses, et qu'il soit LE responsable des gels/crashs...
J'aurais envie de passer directement par la case "matériel", mais est ce que c'est possible d'avoir un pronostic de quelqu'un, à savoir, est ce qu'il faut changer le pc, une pièce, le moniteur, la tour ?
Pensez vous que vu mon problème, quelqu'un saura "analyser" la nature du problème, via le forum (je veux dire, un problème matériel est différent d'un problème de virus, il faut voir le "malade" en vrai, non ?).
Dernière info, la tour est de marque acer, l'écran est de marque dgm, la souris est de marque hp et le tapis de souris est de marque allsop, et oui je sais, je fais beaucoup de jaloux, c'est une belle bête n'est ce pas !

Je pense que cela peut valoir le coup de poster dans l'un des autres forums CCM, lorsque je parle de problèmes matériel cela englobe "hardware".
Cela peut effectivement aussi être un problème système (Windows) or je ne suis pas vraiment un spécialiste en hardware (loin s'en faut !) et à mon avis d'autres ici sont plus habilité que moi pour ce genre de soucis :)
