The translation in Word is not working.

Hello,
I can't manage to translate an entire document in Word 2010.
When I click on the "Translate Document" button in the Review tab, a window opens telling me that my text is ready to be sent to Microsoft Translator. Then, after a few seconds of waiting, Internet Explorer opens and tells me that the webpage is not found.
It seems that Word is sending my data to a website whose address has changed. If that's the case, this issue should have been resolved with an update. However, I regularly perform my Office 2010 updates.
If anyone can tell me how to fix the problem, I would be very grateful.
P.S. I know that a computer-generated translation isn't great. There's no need to write to me about that. It doesn't help me in any way.
