Bonjour à tous,

je suis nouvelle sur votre site et quasi ignare en informatique.
j'ai trouvé des infos très intéressantes sur votre site, j'ai suivi vos explications, j'espère que ça va fonctionner, je dois encore mettre en application vos conseils pour la protection. je joints le journal hijackthis qui vient d'être créé, si vous voyez des trucs anormaux, pouvez vous me le signaler ?

que dois-je faire ?
je viens d'installer kerio, je joints le journal.
j'ai essayé zone alarme, pas moyen, impossible d'ouvrir le fichier
"truc bidule" en plus je ne parle pas anglais, ça va être simple.

The Sunbelt Kerio Personal Firewall helps control how computers share information with
other computers through the Internet or a local network. It also protects computers from external
or internal attacks from other computers. The Personal Firewall is especially useful for laptop
computers since they are easier to compromise because of built-in wireless access.

some screen flicker if you cancel the password request dialog.

* There are known issues when using Sunbelt Kerio Personal Firewall and certain USB
wireless network cards that may cause General Protection Faults.

Mon anti virus, c'était avast, mais il est désactivé. dans "services.msc" impossible de redémarrer les fonctions avast.
de plus lors d'1 redémarrage du pc, la mise à jour automatique est à chaque fois désactivée, je réactive dans "services.msc" mais je ne reçois pas de mise à jour. impossible de supprimer avast du pc, pour installer nouvelle version, impossible de faire une mise à jour également.
