Banned from a chat, what does it mean?

Hello,

I have been banned from the skyrock chat and here is the reason:

Access to the chat from this connection has been temporarily suspended for the following reason: Unsecured connection. Please follow the instructions on http://dnsbl.tornevall.org/removal.php?....

Am I currently connecting from a public network hotspot, is that the reason?

Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 21.0.1180.89

Very likely. More precisely, the IP address of the hotspot appears on a blacklist of networks that SkyRock relies on.

Why is it a blacklisted network? Before, I was able to connect without any issues.

He is blacklisted because someone using this hotspot must have done something wrong on one or more sites (such as SkyRock) that reported this IP address as harmful to a site that lists undesirable IP addresses.
