Since August 6, 2012, I haven't been receiving certain channels like 2 or 7 in HD (and others as well). I have a Strong 7415 decoder and I'm using a Canal+/Canalsat card. A TV dealer told me it was a Viaccess issue, which would be resolved in 48 hours, but it's been over a month! The problem is that I absolutely don't remember where I bought this decoder and I've lost the warranty with the receipt!
Does anyone have the same issue and can they help me?

Some decoders are even permanently frozen.
Of course, the seller will pass the blame to Strong, and Strong to Canal; know that the real culprit is Strong, which is unable to provide a bug-free software for this model: with every countermeasure, it crashes... other brands (the best ones) and even other models like the 6410 Strong (SD, old model) do not crash...
Try the indicated procedure without rebooting the installation.
If that doesn't work... you can try contacting Strong (good luck) or resetting the decoder.... if the procedure + reset doesn't work immediately afterward, your decoder will be toast: permanent bug: claim the warranty... otherwise.............
P.S.: Strong will not acknowledge that this model is defective.
The only problem is the user who creates it by constantly switching cards
between TNT and Canal +.
You need to turn it off and restart with the new card and stop changing cards afterwards to try other demos of TNT or Canal +. That's why you create your own problems and then blame the manufacturer.
