Hello,
I received a scanned document in a jpeg file, could I convert it to Word or PDF in order to translate it into my preferred language?

    Converting a jpeg to doc or pdf will not allow you to translate the content of the jpeg, it is an image and will remain an image, and not a succession of characters...
    To do this, you need to go through a character recognition software, I think there is SimpleOCR for free, you can try it without guarantee
