Hello.

I just tried, but I don't think it's feasible (Word Office Professional Plus 2007). Either you save directly on the USB key (install the key beforehand), modifying the save path, or you save in documents and then copy to the USB key.

I tested "reproduce formatting," but it doesn't work. So saving in documents and on the USB key at the same time remains negative.

You who want a "clearer explanation" because the macro is always confusing and requires precision, so you do the simplest thing
but it takes longer!!
In other words, you first record on your PC and then, in a second step, you save to the USB stick.
You can't have "the butter and the money for the butter" (others would say "the butter and the farmer!!")

And it's so true! One thing that annoys me is that some internet users (not all thankfully) are increasingly demanding more speed from a PC. Yet, we have more and more keyboard shortcuts available that allow us to open a function more quickly, for example, Windows icon + Pause / Break and you get the system page. And there are dozens like that.
I just copied and pasted a fairly large document of 22 KB and immediately transferred it to my Transcend USB drive via the W10 stopwatch (yes, there is one) = 6 seconds and some tenths. Just 6 little seconds! Is it possible that it's still too long? Especially since you shouldn't have to copy 36 documents a day. We are demanding more and more speed from a PC and yet the difference between Windows XP and Windows 10 is like day and night!

But maybe I'm wrong, maybe I'm being old-fashioned and only speed should prevail.

Actually, I'm writing a book and I prefer to have a copy on USB just in case. And I do that very well by going through the Office button, save, etc.
I have forgotten to do it sometimes and it bothers me. Since I'm not very tech-savvy, I leave the macro where it is.
