Sports alliance protection

Hello,

Having just gotten married and doing a lot of sports, I would like to know if there is something to protect the wedding ring because, for example, in soccer it is allowed but only with a tape around it (not practical to redo every time and leaves glue on the ring).
I think I saw a few years ago some protectors to put on the fingers from Nike, but I can't find them anywhere.
If anyone has a little idea or knows the solution to find my happiness.

    Personally, I think it's the finger that needs to be protected. What has more value?
    I have a friend who lost his finger because of his wedding ring while playing football.
    The simplest thing is to take it off. It's not mandatory in football, or elsewhere.
