Hello, I'm 13 years old and I would like to know if I will be allowed to go to the gym? It would help me a lot, I don't mind being accompanied. It's not to lift weights or anything like that but to run on treadmills and do activities like that.

The legal minimum age is 16. So you will have to wait a bit longer.
