Hello :)
I just bought a mini stepper from Go Sport (it's on sale ;) ). My problem: I don't understand how it works :o. I thought that by stepping on it and pressing down with one foot (for example: left), the platform for that foot would lower while the other foot's platform (right) would rise. But that's not the case: when I press down with my left foot, the platform lowers but the right foot's platform doesn't rise, so I can't make a continuous movement… The manual only deals with the computer and doesn't help me.
Am I doing something wrong?
Thanks in advance and have a great day :)
PS. I weigh 60kg and the device can support a maximum load of 90kg, so that's not the problem either :p

Lift a single green pedal strongly upwards, then place the large bolt (attached part) into the hole at the front of the device and tighten it well, and it will work. Good luck!

The user manual only covers the computer and doesn't help me.
I didn't think you needed a PC to operate a stepper, it must be nice... :-)))))
In any case, if you take the computer manual, you're never going to make it...

Hello, I had the same problem as you when I pressed one, the other stayed down. Actually, you have to unscrew the big screw in front, put the wheel on the other side, make sure to tighten it well, put the cable around, and revise it. And it works?
