How to reactivate USB device on Mac

Hello,

When I plug in a USB flash drive or the iPhone cable to my Mac, there's a message saying that the USB device has been disabled because it was using too much power...

How can I reactivate it???

Configuration: Mac OS X / Safari 534.56.5
