Hello,
In my profession (I design heating networks), I use a lot of charts, graphs, and others.
However, I only have them on paper. Is there a way to convert them into an xls file, or can I provide my data and have it compiled to find the missing point?
If they need to be redone, what methods should I use to recreate them?
Thank you
Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 7.0

Hello,
Excel has a chart option: scatter plots
that allows you to create a smoothed curve with or without markers based on various values.
You just need to enter the coordinates of the known points in a table to get a more or less accurate curve.
See you later

Hello Anthony.
I didn't understand everything (missing point ... redo ...).
But if you want charts and graphs, Excel is made for that.
Send your tables of figures; we will explain how to obtain the corresponding charts and graphs.

First of all, thank you for taking the time to respond to me.
Indeed, I don't know how to make a graph from a table, but right now I don't even have the table.
I have the charts and other graphs in paper form, so for now, I can just scan them and have them in PDF format.
And I don't know the calculation formulas that would allow me to recreate them.
Is there a way to convert PDF to XLS?
I have software that allows me to do it from PDF to Word or Excel, but it doesn't work with graphics.
This software is ABBYY FineReader.
Thank you. -
Well, I tell you!
Send your scans so we can get an idea of the difficulty.
But without a table and without formulas, it will be tough!
However, you still haven't explained "I give my data and he groups them to find the missing point" ... Be more specific.
