Hello, I've been using Google Chrome for quite some time, and recently, when I open it and perform a search directly from the address bar, an advertisement frame with a naked woman appears on the screen for about two seconds. Can you help me?

Configuration: Windows 7 / Safari 537.1

    Hello,
Download and install AdwCleaner. Request "Removal" and let the tool work.
The computer will restart, generating a disinfection report for your information.

    Hello,

Run a scan with antivirus, then launch CCleaner to clear your cache, cookies, and history, and you should be good to go.

    Best regards,

Well, an antivirus scan before means that when you get a virus, it deletes it right away...

Avira does a good job of grouping viruses... Especially for this kind of problem. A small adware virus.
