bonjour, j'ai recement fait une commande sur plimus j'ai payer 12 euros pour faire desimlocker mon portable (le debloquer) et ils m'ont envoyer un e'mail pour me dire que mon paiement n'avait pas aboutit alors je devais payer 15.90 euros cette fois sauf que les deux sommes m'ont etaient prises et je n'ai rien recu en retour, je ne fais que sa de leur dire de me rembourser mais jamais de reponses !
et puis y a autant numeros pour les contacter et quand on leur envoi des e'mail; ils nous repondent jamais !!! que faire ?

When an order is declined by the Plimus system, an email is sent to the customer informing them of the reason and further steps needed if they wish to re-order.
Unfortunately, with a decline the funds on the card are held by the customers bank due to an attempt to charge and funds needing to be available to us (the processor) if a customer were to be approved. It takes several days for the bank to release the funds back into the customers account.
