I was part of the first beta, it’s French engineers working on artificial intelligence.
It’s really good because they have foundations and experts who verify the level of trust. Great job, and there's plenty to be proud of.
In your case, test it, but in my opinion, it’s more of a process bug (note that things are going badly in Spain right now, so who knows if they'll go bankrupt...).

Hello, I placed an order on Visual Optic and received my order within a week by DHL, so far no issues with double payment. As for the compliance of the glasses, I will go to a store to make the comparison.

Hello everyone, I'm here to share my experience with Visual Click. I placed an order for sunglasses on May 27, with my credit card charged on the same day (not at the time of shipping). Not seeing anything come through and worrying about my order, I followed up with them via email, but received no response. Finally, delivery was made by DHL on June 13, everything went very well, the item was as described and very well packaged.

I also wanted to add my very positive experience with this online store to your exchanges.
I ordered my glasses on a Friday evening and received them the following Thursday afternoon - so, less than a week after my order. I paid for them via PayPal (no additional fees). Before ordering, I called the store in Spain (the phone number is on their website) and spoke with Alexandro who explained to me how it works and how many days I should expect to wait for them.
There you go - don't worry - go for it. It's much cheaper than in-store and the service is impeccable.

I understand your concern regarding the very attractive prices on the website, but don’t worry, visual-click.com is a reputable site.
Although the delivery time was a bit long, around 3 weeks to 1 month (the company being based in Spain, this is understandable), I did receive my glasses.
I am very satisfied with them.

I placed my order on March 4th and received it yesterday, on March 19th. A little over ten days, so I was starting to worry.
On Monday, I received an email from DHL saying that the package had shipped and that I could now track it. Which I did. The package left Sevilla on Monday at 6 PM, passed through Germany, and I received it the next day at 3 PM!
So no complaints on that front.

However, I am disappointed with the quality of the prescription lenses. I ordered 1.7 high-index lenses, which is supposed to be the best available, and the lenses I received are thicker than my current 1.64 high-index ones. I am therefore questioning whether their lenses are actually Essilor lenses as indicated on their website.
As for the frame, I find it larger than the one I tried in-store (same model, same size). Second disappointment.

For me, this is a failure. I will be returning my order in the hope that I will be refunded quickly and without difficulty.

I hope I haven't worried you too much. I believe that, in any case, you will receive your order by the end of March.

For an order placed on May 8, I received my sunglasses on May 12.
They informed me that I could track my package on Tnt.com, but the tracking number corresponded to DHL.

Anyway, the price is right, the shipment and tracking are efficient.
I recommend.

I ordered 2 pairs of BOSS glasses 0623/S and received an email from them informing me that one was out of stock and that if I wished, they would refund me or I could wait a maximum of 1 month for delivery...

I preferred to wait and, miraculously, it was delivered 8 days later!

They are truly reliable and the products are original..
