Virus? / mon scan hisjackis

Mon Scan Hisjackhis (à noter que mon système rame grave en ce moment et que j'ai une fenetre qui apparait depuis peu à la fermeture d'Xp du gente "fermeture programe ... .NET Broadcast..., etc). D'ou ma sollicitation ici.
