Windows Help and Support keeps popping up.

Hello,

I'm having quite a bit of trouble with my computer.
I had a malware issue, apparently I got rid of it, but now the Windows help and support page keeps opening all the time and preventing me from accessing folders, blocking Open Office when I use it.

I was advised to format my computer, but the problem is I can't find the installation CDs anymore.

Can you help me?

    Hi,

    it's possible that the installation CD wasn't provided with the PC as well (?). In that case, it would be interesting to see if there's a hidden partition on your PC. In "Computer", what do you see apart from C:?

      What is the content of each? It may be that you do not have access to one of the two, but that would be normal and a good sign.
