Bonjour,
J'ai un problème avec ma photocopieuse Canon MF4430; depuis hier rien ne marche et elle affiche sur son tableau "Mettre sous tension. si problème persiste contacter revendeur".
pour moi c'est l'enfère, aidez-moi s'il vous plais.

Le service après vente me parle d'une mauvaise source d'énergie utilisée dans la machine.

Heureusement que je viens de trouver la solution au problème de mettre sous tension pour conon: il s' agit d'un corps étranger qui se glisse entre les angrenages du moteur de numérisation; il faut juste bien nettoyer ces angrenages et voilà le message va disparaitre.
