Hello,
My MEMUP external hard drive is no longer detected by my computer, but it is recognized by other computers?
What should I do? I haven’t changed any settings or anything… I don’t understand why it’s not being detected anymore. Some people say to update it, but I don’t know how to do that. I tried it in the Device Manager, but without success.

Hello,
If it works correctly on other micros, then you should look more towards your USB ports.
Go to the control panel 'system / device manager / USB bus controller' and delete everything inside (right-click).
Then reboot, Windows will detect your USB ports and reinstall them.
You just need to plug in your hard drive and test.
