Problème de lancement de tout executable

Bonjour,
J'ai acheté hier un hp pavillon dv6-6b50eb
(processeur intel core i7-2670QM)
Le problème c'est qu'il fonctionne bien une fois sur 5, la pluspart des programmes ne veulent pas se lancer (double clic dessus et le pc plante), je pense que c'est due à intel rst (il marque intel rst n'est pas en cours d'execution) ainsi qu'a intel my wifi (erreur carte réseau non trouvée).
J'ai fait des recherches sur internet et apparemment je dois mettre à jour les pilotes, le soucis c'est que je ne peux plus lancer de programme donc je ne vois pas comment je pourrais faire. Si quelqu'un a une solution pour moi.

Bonjour,
Si tu l'as acheté hier tu ne dois pas avoir installé grand chose dessus, donc je te suggère de faire une restauration usine de ton PC car Windows est peut être mal installé dessus.
