PS3 Restore and Black Screen

Hello,
earlier when I tried to turn on my PS3, I found out that a file was corrupted, so I tried to restore it as instructed, but when it reached 100%, it went to a black screen, so I tried to turn it back on... Still the same message!
I can't access Recovery MODE!
Please help me :(
It's a PS3 FAT 40GB
Configuration: Windows XP / Safari 534.57.2
