Le problème est un démarrage intempestif de l’ordinateur sous Windows XP, potentiellement lié à une infection.
Les indications privilégient le nettoyage avec SmitFraudFix: téléchargement de l’outil, exécution via SmitfraudFix.cmd et choix de l’option 1, puis analyse du rapport généré.
D’autres interventions évoquent des modifications suspectes de registre et de démarrage (notamment AppInit_DLLs et Winlogon) et des éléments du bureau ou des extensions associées.
Des messages d’erreur apparaissent au démarrage, comme l’entrée msnmsgr.exe introuvable et des avertissements de chargement, avec des mentions de conflits potentiels avec des modules comme Kerio et des difficultés à activer les mises à jour automatiques après réinstallation.

en fait non il faut suivres les etapes
1. va sur ce site http://ww11.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm
2. telecharge le 179 eme programe a droite la ou c'est ecrit : Windows Update Greyed Out - Restore
3. enregistre le sur le bureau
4. click droit sur le fichier " updaterestore.vbs" et choisi "fusioné"
5. une fenetre va s'ouvrir et va te dire :" voulez vous vraiment ajouté les information au registre ..."
6. click sur ok pour accepter la fusion.
7. si tout ce passe bien t'aura un message comme quoi les information ont bien été ajouté au regsitre
8. redemare ensuite va dans paneau de configuration/ mise ajour et coche mise a jour automatique et valide par OK
