Hello,

I come to ask for your help
with the IncrediMail messaging system. It's impossible to send; I keep getting the error message: "Attempt to send message to the server failed, please try again later." This has been going on for several days!!!!
I also see -501 5.5.4 Invalid Address-
All my searches send me into a never-ending maze (POP server, SMTP, IMAP, hello!) the circus
Are there possible emails stuck in the queue?
If you have any ideas, they would be welcome

      In my IncrediMail addresses, I have Hotmail, Gmail, and Orange. I was told that with Gmail there could be possible issues.
      Just to clarify, I'm not very skilled in this area!

      If it's for all the emails everywhere, it's probably not coming from one of your three providers.

      Haven't you moved? Or changed your Internet Service Provider?
