Hello,
I can no longer send emails from Outlook on Windows 8.1 for the past 12 hours.
Does anyone have a solution to propose?

Hello,

This error code means that there are simply too many recipients for the email to be sent, according to the server.
This is to prevent spam.

A simple solution is to reduce the number of recipients of the message.

Additionally, you may have been blocked by the server following this attempt. The unblocking is generally automatic and occurs between 12 and 24 hours after the attempt to send the offending message.
