I imagine you have a static IP... In that case, the only solution is to contact your Internet service provider and explain your issue.
If you don't have a static IP, one solution might simply be to restart your computer and/or your modem. You can also try doing:
"Start" "Run" "cmd" "ipconfig /renew"
