Do we change IP when switching providers?

Hello,

I would like to know if the IP changes when switching operators. I am currently with Orange and I'm going to switch to Free, while keeping my phone number.

    Hello,

    Of course. The IP address belongs to the ISP and they manage it.
    If you change providers, the IP address will change.
