bonjour a tous tout d'abord je tient a vous dire merci d'avance pour l'aide que vous pouriez m'apporter..cela fait 3 jour que j'ai cet alert sur mon pc .security alert:your computer is infected with last version of psw.x-vir trojan.psw trojans steal your private information such as:passwords,ip adress,credit card information,registration details,documents,etc click this baloon to remove psw.w-wir spyware(en plus d'etre novice,je ne connait rien en anglais)j'ai norton internet security 2005 installer recement merci d'avance pour votre aide je debute juste

Bonjour,
Télécharge et installe Ad-Aware pour un scan complet contre les spywares. Il se peut que ta machine soit infectée par un spy ou un malware, et non un bon gros méchant virus.
Tu le trouveras ici : https://www.01net.com/telecharger/windows/Securite/anti-spyware/fiches/11643.html
Une fois installé, tu procèdes à sa mise à jour. Et tu lance le scan.
Tout ce qui sera trouvé devra être supprimé après avoir coché dessus.
Une fois que tu auras terminé avec Ad-Aware. Fais la mise à jour de ton Norton et lance le scan complet de ta machine.
Tiens nous au courent du résultat.-

Installe le dans son propre dossier :
- clic droit sur le bureau, tu choisis "nouveau dossier" puis installe-le à l'intérieur.
Double-clic sur HijackThis , clic sur "do a system scan and save logfile"

Ferme ton navigateur web avant d'exécuter ce programme
Double-clique dessus et appuye sur "Y" pour continuer
Attends quelques minutes..un rapport va s'ouvrir enregistre son contenu, puis copie et colle le ici stp

Fait ce scan anti-virus en ligne avec Internet Explorer, accepte l'active X; la barre anti-popup du SP2(en haut) va se mettre à clignoter, clique dessus et choisit "accepter l'active X" pour faire fonctionner le scan anti-virus.

Enregistrer le rapport au format .txt (en nom tu mets rapport ou
ce que tu veux et en type tu choisis fichier texte (*.txt)
Tu ouvres le fichier que tu viens de sauvegarder, copie et colle
le rapport ici si tu es infecté

decompresse le ensuite Double click sur Smitfraudfix.cmd choisit l’option 1, il va générer un rapport
Copie/colle le sur le poste stp.

as tu decompresser SmitfraudFix avant?
pour le decompressser click droit dessu et choisi extraire ici
ensuite il va te generé un dossier nommée smitfraudfix double click sur ce dernier ensuite Double click sur Smitfraudfix.cmd
choisi option 1 , un raport va s'afficher copie le contenu de ce raport et colle le tout ici

bonjour smitfraud a detecté le spyware pour le supprimé fait comme ceci
Démarre en mode sans échec :
Pour cela, tu tapotes la touche F8 dès le début de l’allumage du pc sans t’arrêter
Une fenêtre va s’ouvrir tu te déplaces avec les flèches du clavier sur démarrer en mode sans échec puis tape entrée.
Une fois sur le bureau s’il n’y a pas toutes les couleurs et autres c’est normal !
(Si F8 ne marche pas utilise la touche F5).

Relance le programme Smitfraud,
Cette fois choisit l’option 2, répond oui a tous ;
Sauvegarde le rapport, Redémarre en mode normal, copie/colle le rapport sauvegardé ici

Puis l'onglet "Paramètres"

Re-clique sur l'onglet "Analyse" puis réalise une "Analyse complète du système"
/!\ Si un fichier est infecté en fin d'analyse /!\
Clique sur "Appliquer toutes les actions "
Clique sur "Enregistrer le rapport" puis sur "Enregistrer le rapport sous"
Enregistre ce fichier texte sur ton bureau ensuite colle le raport ici

Salut
fait ceci :
Redémarres le PC en mode sans échec : tu tapotes sur la touche F8 de ton clavier (ou F5 ) dès le démarrage et tu choisis le mode sans échec)
Puis refait un nettoyage avec Ccleaner (nettoyeur+erreur)
Dès que c'est fait redémarre normalement.
¤ Alors ceci : C:\System Volume Information\_restore (voir rapport Kaspersky)
Indique que ta restauration du systeme etait infecté ou est infecté, pour être sûr, nous allons créer un point propre.
Clic sur "demarrer", cliques droit sur "poste de travail", "propriétés", onglet "restauration du systeme"
¤ coches la case "desactiver la Restauration du systéme sur tous les lecteurs", puis clic ur "appliquer"
¤ decoches la case et clic sur "appliquer" puis "ok".
Maintenant, que l'ont à effacés les point infectés, nous allons créer un point propre:
Clic sur "demarrer", "tous les programmes", "accessoires", "outils système", "restauration du système", choisis "créer un point de restauration" nommes le " ccm" par exemple, cliques sur "créer" puis "ok".
Voilà, maintenant le point de restauration est créer si un jour tu décides tu pourra revenir en arriere à la date que tu l'as créer donc à ce jour; en fesant la marche arriére tu pourra remettre ton ordinateur à la date ou l'on à créer ce point de restauration mais tu perdra les modifications que tu aura faites entre deux.

salut les gas!!j'ai reussi a remettre mon ecran en etat en allant dans le menu demarer,panneaux de configuration..etc..me demander pas la suite je mi retrouve pas...merci encore a vous...
